Thyme syrup


Use
- For cough (chronic or chesty) or bronchitis.

 
Ingredients
- 2 bowlfuls of dried thyme leaves

- 1 liter water

- 1 kg sugar

- 1 saucepan

Preparation
- Put thyme in a saucepan

- Add boiling water (1 liter)

- Infuse this mixture for 1 day

- Filter the mixture and then add 1 kg sugar

- Cook the mixture on low heat for 1 hour then skim

- Pour into bottles when the mixture (syrup) is cold

Dosage

- 20 ml 3 times a day


Shelf life:

6 to 12 months, stored in a dry place
