Orange tea for insomnia


– For one cup of orange flower tea (from the Seville Orange), use:

– 1/5 to 1/2 teaspoons (1 to 2 grams) of *dried orange flowers (our photo)

– Around 6.76 fl. oz. (200 mL) of water

* You can buy dried orange flowers at the pharmacy.

Orange tea ingredients


– Heat water to boiling and then pour it over the orange flowers.

– Infuse for about ten minutes (in order to obtain an effective dose of the active ingredients)

– For example, for difficulties getting to sleep or sleeping, drink 1 to 2 cup(s) of this tea 30 minutes before bedtime. Ask your pharmacist or doctor for a more personalized dose.
