Ingredients
- Sea salt for the bath (for sale at the pharmacy)
Preparation
- For a large bath (an 80 L bathtub), dissolve 250 g sea salt in water as hot as possible, then cool with cold water to reach approximately 37°C.
Dosage
- Depends on the indication. However, a bath at 37°C from 15 to 20 minutes once a day can help relieve tension or rheumatic disorders. For psoriasis, it is necessary to adapt the dosage: discuss with your doctor or pharmacist.
