Orange tea 


Use
- For insomnia, trouble sleeping or stress


Ingredients
- For one cup of orange flower tea (from the Seville Orange), use:

- 1 to 2 g (1 to 2 teaspoons) *dried orange flowers (our photo)

- Around 200 ml water

* You can buy dried orange flowers at the pharmacy. 


Preparation
- Heat water to boiling and then pour it over the orange flowers.

- Infuse for about ten minutes (in order to obtain an effective dose of the active ingredients)

Dosage
- For example, for difficulties getting to sleep or sleeping, drink 1 to 2 cup(s) of this tea 30 minutes before bedtime. Ask your pharmacist or doctor for a more personalized dose.
