Nettle-based lotion

Use
- To strengthen hair, hair tonic


Ingredients
-  3 handfuls of fresh nettles

-  Around 200 ml water

Preparation
- Put the nettles in a blender

- Once blended, add around 200 ml water to the nettles

- Filter the mixture

 
Dosage
- Apply the lotion to the scalp and rub in well.
 

Shelf life:
For immediate use

Notes:
To strengthen hair.  As a hair tonic it could help slightly in prevention of hair loss.
