Ingredients
- Aloe plant (aloe vera), for sale under various commercial names

Preparation
- Cut, preferably length-wise (not like in the photo), an aloe leaf (our photo).
- Extract the gel that is excreted.

Dosage
- Apply the aloe gel to the sunburn, burn or surface wound
