Cystitis is an inflammation of the urinary bladder. The condition more often affects women, but can affect either sex and all age groups.

I HAVE CYSTITIS. WHAT SHALL I DO?             

Here is a small summarized guide

1. The first thing to do when you notice the primary symptoms of cystitis is to drink immediately 1 litre of water, cranberry juice or herbal teas, containing medicinal plants against cystitis. For the rest of the day you should keep continuing drinking at least another liter of the mentioned liquids. (in total: 2 litres per day). > > see also good advices cystitis.
Afterwards it is necessary to consult a physician who will make a urinary test to confirm if you have cystitis or not. If bacteria are detected, which are responsible for cystitis, the doctor will prescribe antibiotics. In case of need he might also prescribe anti-inflammatory drugs to calm the pain associated with cystitis.

2. You might also buy in a pharmacy a test of early autodetection, which allows you to check the presence of bacteria and / or white globules in the urine. In case of positive result, you will have to go to the physician, who will then prescribe antibiotics. > > see treatment of cystitis
